TO TABLE THE DOMENICI, NM AMENDMENT TO THE CHILES, FL MOTION TO WAIVE THE PROHIBITION OF THE 1985 BALANCED BUDGET AND EMERGENCY DEFICIT CONTROL ACT REQUIRING BUDGET LEGISLATION TO BE REPORTED BY THE BUDGET COMMITTEE, WITH RESPECT TO THE CHILES AMENDMENT TO HJ RES 324, THE PUBLIC DEBT LIMIT. THE DOMENICI AMENDMENT WOULD HAVE WAIVED THAT PROHIBITION FOR THE DOMENICI-GRAMM, TX AMENDMENT AS WELL AS THE CHILES AMENDMENT.
