TO AMEND HR 1157, THE WHEAT ACREAGE DIVERSION PROGRAM AND DISASTER ASSISTANCE, TO ALLOW APPROPRIATIONS PURSUANT TO THE BILL TO BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET AND IMPOUNDMENT CONTROL ACT, AS AMENDED. PASSAGE WOULD PROHIBIT CONSIDERATION OF THE BILL IF IT WOULD CAUSE THE DEFICIT TO SURPASS THE LEVELS ESTABLISHED BY THE BALANCED BUDGET AND EMERGENCY DEFICIT CONTROL ACT OF 1985 GRAMM-RUDMAN-HOLLINGS.
