To express the Sense of the Senate that the conferees on H.R.2788, Department of the Interior Appropriations, 1990, should insist on amendment number 7, to prohibit the use of appropriated funds for the dissemination, promotion or production of obscene or indecent materials denigrating a particular religion. — TO TABLE THE HELMS (R, NC) AMENDMENT TO HR 3072, DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE APPROPRIATIONS, TO PROHIBIT FUNDS FROM BEING USED TO PRODUCE OR DISTRIBUTE OBSCENE MATERIALS OR THOSE DEROGATORY TO ANY RELIGION.
