That it is a sense of the Congress that the 800-bed local correctional treatment facility be completed at the earliest possible date to assist against crime generally and drug-related crime, specifically. — TO AMEND S 774, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS REFORM, RECOVERY, AND ENFORCEMENT ACT, TO EXPRESS THE SENSE OF THE SENATE THAT THE DRUG TREATMENT AND CORRECTIONAL FACILITY FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA BE FINISHED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
