To reduce the pay of Members of Congress corresponding to the percentage reduction of the pay of Federal employees who are furloughed or otherwise have a reduction of pay resulting from a sequestration order. — TO AMEND S 110, FAMILY PLANNING AMENDMENTS OF 1989, TO REDUCE THE PAY OF MEMBERS OF CONGRESS CORRESPONDING TO THE PERCENTAGE REDUCTION OF THE PAY OF FEDERAL EMPLOYEES WHO ARE FURLOUGHED OR OTHERWISE HAVE A REDUCTION OF PAY RESULTING FROM A SEQUESTRATION ORDER.
