TO AMEND AN AMENDMENT TO H.R. 16027, DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL 1975. THE ORIGINAL AMENDMENT PROVIDES TO REDUCE FUNDS FOR THE NATIONAL FOUNDATION ON THE ARTS AND HUMANITIES BY $29.7 MILLION, WHILE THE AMENDMENT THERETO WOULD REDUCE FUNDS FOR EACH FOUNDATION PROGRAM BY AN AMOUNT PROPORTIONATE TO THE PROPOSED REDUCTION.
