TO AMEND S. 1136, A BILL EXTENDING FOR 1 YEAR EXPIRING AUTHORITIES IN THE PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE ACT AND THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS ACT, BY DECLARING FEDERAL POLICY THAT, IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF ALL FEDERAL PROGRAMS, RELIGIOUS BELIEFS OR MORAL CONVICTIONS REGARDING PERFORMANCE OF ABORTIONS OR STERILIZATION PROCEDURES SHALL BE RESPECTED.
