THE PERCY AMENDMENT LIMITS LIFE OF COMMISSION TO 1 INSTEAD OF 3 YEARS AND REDUCES APPROPRIATIONS THEREFORE TO $500,000. THE TUNNEY AMENDMENT AUTHORIZES $1 MILLION FOR EACH OF FISCAL YEARS 1975 & 1976.
