TO AGREE TO COLLINS (TEX.) AMENDMENT TO H.R. 7014. THIS AMENDMENT PROVIDES THAT NO VEHICLE USING GASOLINE OR DIESEL FUEL MAY BE USED TO TRANSPORT ANY PUBLIC SCHOOL STUDENT TO ANY SCHOOL FURTHER THAN THE SCHOOL CLOSEST TO HIS HOME.
