ALSO TO EXEMPT FROM THE ACT FARMING OPERATIONS EMPLOYING A DAILY AVERAGE OF 5 OR FEWER PERSONS, BUT NO MORE THAN 12 ON ANY ONE DAY, EXCLUDING MEMBERS OF THE IMMEDIATE FAMILY.
