AMENDMENT #82 PROHIBITS THE USE OF FEDERAL FUNDS FOR ABORTION EXCEPT WHEN THE MOTHER'S LIFE IS ENDANGERED, WHEN MEDICALLY NECESSARY, OR IN CASES OF RAPE OR INCEST.
