THE HOUSE AMENDMENT TO THE SENATE AMENDMENT FORBIDS THAT THE APPROPRIATED FUNDS BE USED FOR ABORTIONS EXCEPT IN CASES WHERE THE MOTHER'S LIFE WOULD BE ENDANGERED IF THE FETUS WERE CARRIED TO TERM.
