THE SENATE AMENDMENT TO THE HOUSE AMENDMENT TO SENATE AMENDMENT #82 ALLOWS THE USE OF FUNDS FOR ABORTION IN CASES OF RAPE OR INCEST, WHEN THE MOTHER'S LIFE WOULD BE ENDANGERED BY THE PREGNANCY, AND WHEN THE PREGNANCY COULD CAUSE "SERIOUS HEALTH DAMAGE" TO EITHER THE MOTHER OR TO THE FETUS.
