THE ORIGINAL SENATE AMENDMENT SETS TOTAL BUDGET AUTHORITY AT $557.7 BILLION, TOTAL OUTLAYS AT $489.5 BILLION, TOTAL REVENUES AT $477.2 BILLION AND THE TOTAL DEFICIT AT $42.3 BILLION.
