TO TABLE STAFFORD AMENDMENT #1960 TO KENNEDY AMENDMENT #1959 TO S. 2474. THE STAFFORD AMENDMENT REQUIRES THAT COUNSELING SERVICES BE PROVIDED FOR ALL PREGNANT ADOLESCENTS SO THAT THEY ARE INFORMED OF ALL OPTIONS REGARDING THEIR PREGNANCIES. KENNEDY AMENDMENT #1959 ESTABLISHES PROGRAMS TO ASSIST IN PREVENTING UNWANTED INITIAL AND REPEATED ADOLESCENT PREGNANCIES.
