THE ADOPTED HOUSE AMENDMENT SETS THE BUDGET AUTHORITY AT $500.1 BILLION, OUTLAYS AT $458.25 BILLION, REVENUES AT $397 BILLION AND THE DEFICIT AT $61.25 BILLION.
