TO AMEND S. 274, THE BILL PROHIBITING ANY TYPE OF UNION ORGANIZATION OR MEMBERSHIP AMONG MILITARY PERSONNEL. THE ABOUREZK AMENDMENT WOULD EXEMPT FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THE BILL THOSE CIVILIAN TECHNICIANS THAT ARE EMPLOYED BY THE SAME RESERVE UNIT TO WHICH THEY BELONG.
