TO TABLE COCHRAN AMENDMENT TO S. 2675, FISCAL 1981 AUTHORIZATION FOR CHILD NUTRITION PROGRAMS, THAT PROVIDED THAT THE APPLICATION FORM FOR FREE AND REDUCED PRICE MEALS UNDER THE NATIONAL SCHOOL LUNCH ACT AND THE CHILD NUTRITION ACT OF 1966 SHALL ONLY SHOW THE APPLICABLE INCOME GUIDELINES FOR A FAMILY OF FOUR WITH A NOTATION THAT THE GUIDELINES VARY ACCORDING TO FAMILY SIZE.
