H.R. 3398 ELIMINATES TARIFF DUTIES ON PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT PRODUCED IN THE UNITED STATES; IT TEMPORARILY ELIMINATES DUTY ON PRODUCTS THAT SOMEDAY MAY BE PRODUCED IN THE UNITED STATES; AND, IT ADJUSTS LANGUAGE IN THE TARIFF SCHEDULES TO MAKE CLASSIFICATIONS MORE UNIFORM, EQUITABLE AND EASIER TO ADMINISTER.
