H.R. 3021 AMENDS THE SOCIAL SECURITY ACT TO AUTHORIZE FUNDING FOR A PROGRAM OF GRANTS TO STATES INTERESTED IN PROVIDING HEALTH CARE BENEFITS FOR THE UNEMPLOYED. (MOTION FAILED)
