THE KASTENMEIR AMENDMENT STRIKES THE BILL'S PROVISIONS ON BANKRUPTCY AND PROVIDES FOR THE APPOINTMENT, BY EXISTING INDIVIDUAL JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COUNCILS, OF BANKRUPTCY JUDGES AS ADJUNCTS TO THE DISTRICT COURTS.
