THIS AMENDENT PROVIDES CONTINUED AUTHORITY FOR THE TRANSFER OF ADMINISTRATION OF DOD DEPENDENTS SCHOOLS, AS REQUIRED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION ORGANIZATION ACT.
