THE APPROPRIATIONS COMMITTEE AMENDMENT STRIKES HOUSE SUPPORTED LANGUAGE WHICH REDUCES BY 2 PERCENT EACH AMOUNT APPROPRIATED TO SAVE A TOTAL OF $31 MILLION. (MOTION PASSED)
