THE SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENT WOULD PROVIDE TRADE ADJUSTMENT ASSISTANCE TO WORKERS AND FIRMS WHICH SUPPLY PARTS AND SERVICES TO THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY.
